Here is how to start:
2 fresh organic mangoes
1/2 fresh organic coconut
Coconut milk saved from the fresh coconut
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
3 dates
splash of lemon juice
pomegranate, hemp hearts, and chia seeds (for garnish)
Steps:
Remove the skin and seed from the mango and puree the fruit in a blender.
Add dates and coconut continue to blend until a smooth consistent texture.
Mix in coconut milk, coconut flakes, and lemon juice.
Garnish with pomegranate seeds, hemp hearts and chia seeds.
